What Shapes My Work

Field credibility, office clarity, and steady follow-through.

I was raised by a blue-collar dad who started our electrical contracting business in the laundry room of my childhood home, before I was born. I grew up in the industry, and today I'm a second-generation owner alongside my brother.

But this story started long before titles. I learned early that I was included, expected to learn, and trusted to do the work. My dad never treated me differently than my brother. If he had a tool in his hand, so did I. The job site felt normal, and inclusion wasn't something I had to earn. It was simply how we lived.

I wasn't the electrician, I wasn't bidding work and I wasn't doing sales. Showing up consistently, listening, and respecting others' expertise mattered more than a title. That lesson still shapes how I lead and how I work with teams today.

Respect doesn't come from positional authority. It comes from earning every inch of credibility through your actions.

What I Do
