Both. Coaching is available one-on-one, while workshops and workplace initiatives bring teams and leaders together.

What does an engagement usually cost?

Pricing depends on the scope and format of the work. We'll first discuss what you need, then recommend an approach and provide clear pricing before anything begins.

Do you travel to job sites?

Yes, when the work calls for it. Many engagements can also be delivered effectively through virtual sessions.

Do you work only with women?

Elevate Her Trades is built to support women in the skilled trades and also works with the leaders, teams, and organizations helping them grow and succeed.

What trades do you focus on?

The work is rooted most deeply in electrical contracting and extends across the broader construction industry, including both field and office roles. The same lessons, tools, and strategies apply throughout the skilled trades.
